How is this different from Rewst's own onboarding?
Rewst's internal onboarding covers platform fundamentals but primarily relies on your team to perform configurations. We take a white-glove approach that is accelerated and optionally customized around how your MSP actually operates.
Do I need Standard or TrueCore tier?
Standard gets you connected and crate-ready fast. It's designed for teams that want to start running pre-built crates without a ton of upfront planning. TrueCore tier is for teams that know they'll be building custom workflows, scaling automation, or want the baseline designed to stay clean as usage grows. If you're not sure, book a scoping call and we'll walk through which fits your plans.
Can I upgrade from Standard to TrueCore later?
Yes, but it's more efficient to start with TrueCore if you know you'll need it. Upgrading later means revisiting structure and conventions that are already live. Not impossible, just not ideal. We'd rather set you up right the first time.
What if I already have Rewst set up but it's a mess?
We can help. This isn't uncommon. Teams start with good intentions, install every crate that looks useful, and six months later the tenant is hard to navigate. We offer cleanup and restructure engagements separate from onboarding. Reach out and we'll scope what's needed.
How long does onboarding take?
